Benjamin Lang studierte Komposition, Musiktheorie, Dirigieren und Musikwissenschaft. Seit 2018 ist er Professor an der Hochschule für Musik und Theater Rostock, seit dem 1. April 2023 leitet er die Hochschule als Rektor.
